Outstanding! I especially liked the part about care for non-humans. Permaculture ethics include all living creatures as an integral part - that's what got me into it in the very beginning.
Thanks for sharing, Tammy! There is no more magical place than the garden! It is a need, it is beauty, it is relaxation, it is a relationship, it is truth ...Permaculture is the most attractive science, philosophy, way of thinking I have ever touched! A better way to a more beautiful world!
Permaculture has to focus on not ''sustainability'' but ''Zero Waste''. Still too many people grow too much plants and waste them. Give away to the community, if you cannot consume by yourselves. Or, plan to plant with the minimum waste. Eat less.
People that take the EFFORT to grow their own food, usually do not let it go to waste, it is normal that they will give it away, neighbours, co-workers, family, friends .... They even keep spare seedlings ... just in case .... ;)

It's so proud to learn Permaculture from you. Also, it's great to be one of your community and Neighbors. See you in the Garden.

The secret is in the SOIL
Yeah! I'm ready Tammy! Back to our Luodong garden tomorrow... to diversify, to work within the bigger picture. (I gotta work on that haybox, too...)
Real meaning.
And we can do it very simply, by just understanding where our food comes from. Thank you!! Lovely talk and elegant way to describe permaculture.
That was really inspiring, thank you :)

That's what farmers markets are for?

She could be speaking to an audience of 5-year-olds. I hope they got something from it.
