in persona 5 in awakening of the characters it is said up front that your making a pact with your other self so warlock fits perfectly

Idk if you've done them all, but I'm just catching this. I always picture it as
Joker: bard/rogue
Akechi: paladin(hexblade later)
Haru: fighter(psi warrior)
Ryuji: storm barbarian
Ann: wildfire druid
Yusuke: ascendant dragon? Kensei?
Makoto: paladin, unarmed fighting style, with a dip in cavalier fighter. Summon a mount(cycle) and nuclear=light=divine
smite
Morgana: tabaxi, mastermind rogue/druid
Futaba: divination wizard

Solid Panther build! She was great right until I got Queen, then she was immediately placed into the team in place of Panther. I would love to see a Queen build in the future.
Queen is a brilliant all rounder, but I much prefer hard magical offence and Panther is the best at that by far (also I can’t imagine ever saying no to the Lovers Arcana in any Persona game)
Panther is one of my favorite characters to play on Strikers so this build was good fun to see.

Neat, for another character build I'd like to see since you've done some DMC would be the Astral Chain protagonist. Just thinking about their cool abilities with their legion they can pull off makes me wonder how they'll play in a D&D setting.

This was a really fun build! I'm now DESPERATE to see a Yusuke build because he's my favorite character (although if you wanna wrap up the Core Four first and do Ryuji and Morgana before you get to him, that's fine)!

Day 2 of asking for a Percy Jackson build
I'd like to see a Makoto version
It's an interesting build, but it feels a lot more melee focused than Ann is in the game. Ann is a caster dealing fire damage, with debuffs and heals. Her melee damage is generally secondary.
At level 2, I would take Armor of Shadows and Lance of Lethargy for invocations. Armor of Shadows is better AC than leather armor, and Ann is good at dodging. And Lance of Lethargy is a good debuff that helps keep enemies at bay. And then her whip and gun aren't quite as strong, like in the game.
I would still take Improved Pact Weapon, but at level 5. And mainly since it lets you use your pact weapon in place of a spell focus.

@@dndbuildshere's an idea rather than stating him as a playable character you could give him a legendary monster stat block like Tiamat or Bahumat.
Not a Persona player, but looks cool.

I'm hoping he eventually gets to ALL the Phantom Thieves actually; they'd all be Warlocks thanks to the personas, so he's probably spacing them out.
Speaking personally, the two I most hope he gets to are Yusuke and Ryuji.

If you want to lean into hardcore support while still capturing the idea of a persona, I would recommend going back to the chain with celestial warlock for healing, then multi-class into bard
