Hi my name is Dr. Dallin LeGrand Peterson but my patients just call me Dr. LeGrand and I have ADHD and Dyslexia. Growing up with ADHD and Dyslexia was definitely a challenge for me in the academic world. But along the way I learned a lot about how to use my ADHD as a SUPERPOWER! I work with a lot of adults with ADHD and parents that have kids with ADHD.
This Channel is designated to help adults and parents who have kids with ADHD, anxiety and depression. I share my strategies that I have learned for myself to get through medical school successfully and the strategies I have used to help my patients to reach optimal mind performance.

Found this channel doing research for my nephew with ADHD. I also have it, but my doctors just did the DSM assessment and did a trial and error approach to find the right med combo.
I've never had anyone mention doing a neurotransmitter panel!
WTH! How many years have I dealt with this and I'm just now hearing about these options.
Thank you for your work doc.

I know it's frustrating but please don't give up. It takes time to figure out exactly what works for you personally. Listen to the Dr videos and try some of his recommendations. Give it time as the natural supplements don't usually work as quick but in the long term you should have fewer side effects. If you can, get blood work done before so you can have a general idea of what may be going on.

damn. i had a thyroid test, tested for high TSH and also very very high white blood cell count. i was really worried- but the doctor just said "come back in 3 months we'll test again" and i was still elevated, but it wasn't as elevated as it had been.
would it be safe to buy thytrophin and try your treatment on myself? i've felt extremely similar to how your patient described, and my mom has autoimmune problems/ADHD as well. i'd love to get to the bottom of this stuff.
