For several years I have livestreamed a meditation class every 12 hours, but have little to show for it. Do you know of a course geared specifically for non-gaming livestreamers?
Trying to pay off my mortgage quicker by streaming on Twitch and posting videos on RUclips, I'm setting my stream schedule currently so people can expect to see certain games being played on specific days for various lengths of time. I work full time 40-50 hrs a week as a warehouse manager and gaming has been a big part of my life always, might as well share gameplay from the games I love playing. I don't know how to speak during the live because there's never any viewers and I only stream gameplay and don't broadcast myself at all.
@@ZooTrekkerChronicles helped some, so far. You have to build your profiles of course. But just learning to keep talking is key. If people wanted to watch quiet gameplay, they would go to RUclips. Viewers want interaction.
I do the same sometimes. Watch guys like the rad Brad and hollow and see what they do. Rad Brad never shows his face but talks strategy as he plays while hollow will show his face until he gets going then you just hear him speak. Someone like stone mountain more or less entertains as he games and some channels record gameplay and then post the video. I think it’s a combination of interesting games and personality or its skill or its highlights. Take your time to see which way works for you. Also, I’m trying to find other creators to game with even like GTAV online or something where we have a conversation and play and it’s like a hangout for the chats. Good luck to you this year. ✌🏼 😎
I’m streaming today for the first time and this is really helpful. I’m socially anxious so I wanna work my way into talking but I just wanna see how it goes. I’ll be streaming Gran Turismo 7
Watching from Atlanta. I started streaming about a month ago. Not bad so far but my numbers are all over the place. Gonna continue to watch your videos so I can hopefully continue to grow and enjoy my streaming audience
I’ve been streaming since October last year. It’s been fun but I think now I’m just working on a community of people who comes back constantly I hit 271 followers
Thanks for the tips.... always love stopping by to check you out...... the hardest thing for me is editing.... i think it takes me way more than 2 hours to edit most of the time... i think the most important thing i have to do is stay consistent and keep posting vids.
The intro was straight on point. I just wanted to let you know that I am inspired and definitely going to pursue this. I just needed a plan to go forward so your video will help me 100%. I am loving your videos. More power!
Love this video and the regimented methodology for building a stream. One thing I wanna add is that consistency and patience are vital. From hearing others and my own experience, there is a lot of variability in how much transferability there is between platforms. Using your vod’s as your raw footage and editing to post to yt and tt is great, but I e found not many viewers will venture over to your twitch channel, you will however grow those other channels which is great
Welp, I decided I’m gonna start my channel with a playthrough of GOT, as I’ve been waiting for this game to come to PC for years, but so far, it’s not getting views. But I don’t plan on giving up. I’m gonna push the videos, as I’m enjoying the game and whatever happens with the channel, happens! 😂 Someday, someone, might actually enjoy it, and that’s enough for me. I’m a realistic person, so I know I’m not gonna become rich from youtube, so I’m just going at it for fun. I enjoy watching first time reviews and playthroughs as peoples first reactions are always interesting for me, so I hope that’s the case for others as well.
I am setting up my stream using your OBS / StreamElements tips in order to create more content for my RUclips channels. This video completely validates what I am planning to do and even why I should be doing this 😀 Thank you for sharing @LASCurry!
So should I just record videos and make videos for RUclips before trying to live stream or live stream first? I'm new to all this and i don't know what I'm doing. I also don't have a computer or laptop so I'm streaming everything from my ps5 or phone.
Question 🙋🏼♂️, what is the benefit of editing a livestream video that is already on RUclips and circulating in the recommended feed 🤔 say I livestream for 2hrs. Can’t I leave that up? Or are you suggesting make the 2hrs into 20-30 minutes so that it brings new people? I’m only asking cause they could just watch the VOD 🤷🏽♂️
My girlfriend encouraged me to stream because i just talk to my self already and make funny noises when somthing bad happens in my sports games and she will laugh when she hears me. So i started just need to get a few things to be able to do the audio and camera part and a secound monitor.
I've just started my channel end trying to get more content out to grow. And it's a really slow process and I'm kind of stuck. If you have the time would you take i peak an see if you could find some hints for improvement?
So, quick question. I'm so new to this streaming stuff, as you can tell. I have a fishing channel. I am going to start a new channel however. So, you say clip and edit your streams. I'm confused. Am I just recording the game play and editing then posting? Because I can't edit a live stream because it's live.
I would be a little cautious listening to anyone giving advice to people who are potentially competition. My question is, I’ve seen so many videos of people saying you should interact on stream like you have 100s of people in chat, do you realize that’s easier said than done? Streaming being a RUclipsr etc is one of the only things I’ve done in my life that the effort and commitment and time that goes into it doesn’t reward in the same at all, so to think that you have to get lucky to be noticed is very real
So the key is to first create RUclips content then drag your subscribers to twitch lmao. But bro had to say it in 6 minutes. He does know how to "create content"
You just re-named copying. What a tone-deaf approach. Show people how (the simple mechanics) and then tell them the truth. The hard truth that they aren't going to be a great streamer unless they do something that's not already being done.

I stream everyday is going pretty well.. hopefully we all have a nice beautiful come up if we keep grinding we gone get there never give up
I began streaming to get my passion back for video games. I love it so far
How much views you get?
@@PallasonAP Worked for me.
I started January and I actually really enjoy streaming too, but I only get views on RUclips videos than streams
@@PallasonAP Same here. Makes the game fun like when we jammed with the gang as kids.
How’s it going bro? Just started

Same. Just start talking about what your doing so you get used to just talking
It been working for you?, I had try with twitch but not going so well with me so I just stop streaming

Thanks for this info, very helpful
Hey Curry, do you have a discord where I could get support on an OBS Mac issue? Been having difficulty getting responses on the OBS forums or discord.
Am a variety gamer so I became a variety streamer so I love it
I stream on both RUclips and twitch but mostly twitch
Gonna start streaming this year on RUclips😄
This is more of a hobby, just feels more fun having my gameplay saved somewhere.
cool info as always✔✔

I'm just beginning to use twitch but I want to know is if can you use copyright music a little bit if you lose your train of thought?
Awesome videos
How can I save streams on kick? They keep disappearing.
Lets's do it.
