Hey man I have a USP downpipe with high flow cat on my jetta and get a check engine light with code P0030 (bad o2 sensor), can I replace this and clear up the check engine light do you think? Or will the light stay on because of the less restrictive cat
Its about the same honestly. Back then I had the 5 speed trans mission still but engine was VERY healthy, as where now, i have 6 speed and better exhaust but the engine is tired with ALOT more mileage on it.

@@JESUSK17JL yes. Its a big difference because it no longer has the long 3rd gear. It's proportionate to all the other gears. It's an even bigger difference over MK6 transmissions as their gears are WAY too long for performance

In this video the end result is a specially-made header and downpipe From Evolution tuning which is now called icengineworks. The tubular equal length header and high-flow Cat downpipe cost around 1,400 bucks or so brand new because it's custom fabricated to order. After that I have a vibrant ultra-quiet resonator leading to a 4in round Magnaflow Muffler. All piping is 2.5"
@@noblevengeance312 well I bought the exhaust last year from one of the guys who initially had it fabricated. It was essentially the first finished product on the version 2 header and I bought it used from him. It was lightly used so I just bought it and had a ceramic coated to hold the heat in.

No secondary O2 will always throw that code. Just turn secondarys off.

do you believe stock mk6 header (longer, sealed runners) is better than the original stock header (shorter, non-sealed runners)
In theory its a better design. Just hasnt been dyno proven side by side.
