I’ve always loved my 990v1 anniversary grey’s! They’re my go-to beaters that match with anything. I’m not a fan of the red hits on this version though. I always thought these were surprisingly comfortable though..
@Tom Furgason Yeah I’m very happy to finally have a pair of V1s. I don’t mind the red hits. But on this pair I probably won’t rock the red laces. I’ll use the red laces for other NBs 🤣
Yoooo I just got my 990v5 mumbo sauce in today. I got them on sale from jimmy jazz for 120 plus 20 percent off. I had mentioned before that I had a 9.5 990v5 grey that fit me good but felt a little roomy. Well i got this mumbo in size 9 and it fit way better like a glove 🧤. I’m surprised it fits so similar to a 9.5 still has just as much space for my toes but just feels right if that makes sense. I’m a true size 9. Hope that helps people trying to get the right size.
👍💯👍 Great video, love the straight talk & high production quality. Hey man, I just got some 990gry (30th anniversary) and instantly fell in love. I was gonna either double up on those (can only find 1 pair across 4 platforms in my size) or get some 990v1's. Was wondering how the two releases, separated by 10 yrs, compare to each other. Thoughts?
@HGR.785 Thanks man! you mean how the 990v1 anniversary compares to an OG 990v1 that released in recent years? I’ve never held an older 990v1 so I can’t compare. Maybe someone in the comments can chime in with some details.
Love the vids brother…its tough sizing for made in us atleast for me cause im 8-1/2 in 574 and 8 in 990v5 so its really hard to pull the trigger on any other nb U.S sneaker
New Balance needs to get color!! I do not like Grey. Blue will be better.Waiting for three weeks told yesterday I get a pair for B DAY!! Looking at made in US. I want a second pair. Many shoes to chose. Might check out a outlet for N B. I need good support all around feet!! Thanks for great videos!!
I’m a 12 in pretty much all 990 models, I tried an 11 1/2 in the 990v2 and it was tight. Would you say these fit a 1/2 size bigger than a V2 or the same? Thanks
Hey bro, how do these fit compared to a 574? I fit a 11 wide or 11.5 perfectly in 574 And 11 in 990v5 I’d like to get the v1 in 11.5 cuz it’s cheaper and I think it’s going to fit more like a 574 judging by the look, what do you think?

NB 990V1 always has vibram outsole, guess that's why it was so expensive back in the day. Anyway love your videos 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
@Ethan Chan Thanks for the info 🙏🏼
You deserve more subs bro. Keep the 🔥videos coming. 🤲🏼
@Ninon Cyrille Razon I appreciate that 😂
Bro, i love you, best sneaker channel for the NB fan!
Yup, my 2019's version of 990v1 comes with Vibram outsole as well.
@Ben Lau Nice! Which one do you have?
@@guynkicks the 990v1? it's just a normal "bringback" for that silhouette.
@Ben Lau Is there a navy anniversary colorway? I thought there was.
@@guynkicks oh? Never notice that actually 😅

If you’re an 8 in a 990v5, then you should be good for pretty much most made in USA.
Top review bro 🔥
I appreciate that like always 🍻
Great review bro! You always have me wanting to buy all these shit🤣🤣 lmao
Keep it going✌🏽
@Twan Verheul 🤣🤣🤣 Thanks bro

Check out the 990v5 mumbo sauce if you want color 😁
When I got my pair in I went to lace them and the right tounge came off, it wasn't stitched correctly. Currently looking for a shop to fix them.
I noticed that when I put them on, didn't look as secured as it should be. Sucks dude.

I would go with the size 12
What pants do you have on?
Levi’s 512

I fit a 11 wide or 11.5 perfectly in 574
And 11 in 990v5

Yeah I went with the same size as my 990v5. If it’s a big difference in price then try going with the same size as the 574.
The v1 just looks like a 574 to me
@Christopher Tan They do, but the materials are better.
