Great video. Was chatting on a live with Hannah Hidalgo. I asked about Kate Koval and her eyes lit up. She called her a (quote) "Dog" and believes she's going to help this season.
Hey MaxPower would you revisit your comments on Caitlin Clark from about 4 months back? She did put up close to MVP numbers despite having a poor start to the season. Although it’s not easy to admit one made a mistake I believe you wouldn’t have any ego issues with that unlike Geno.
Sam Brunelle man, a bummer how things turned out for her she was top 10 prospect in high school. But it happens. I think Koval will be a high IQ player, get the hang of college ball pretty quickly. It’s good that she has some versatility with the ability to pass and shoot longer jumpers. but I do worry she’ll be slow getting up and down the court. Which I would worry about less if westbeld was available I don’t think it’ll be possible for her to average that many ppg with the other players they have but we’ll see. I’m thinking maybe like 9ppg.
They're both tall and Caucasian but that's about where any similarities end. Samantha was 6-3 and perimeter oriented. Playing in rural Virginia against girls a foot shorter. She also had multiple injuries. Koval played at LiLu, who were on ESPN regularly in those Geico whatever match ups. She's a low post player who's capable of making perimeter shots and doesn't shy away from contact. Low post play just wasn't Samantha's forte on either end. The change away from Muffets Princeton offense also hurt her at ND. We'll see if Koval has better luck with health.
I don't know anything about her, but I was hoping you weren't going to say her hands are a weakness. You now you got to be ready to get passes from Olivia Miles
Excellent review bro. Keep up the good work.
Appreciate it, more of these are coming this month!
I'm excited to watch Notre Dame women's hoops this year
I am too! They have multiple future first rounders on their team!
They WILL beat UCONN 😅@@maxpower247
A month later, and she's leading the NCAAW in blocks. What a perfect complement to Hidalgo's own style of defense. Go Irish!!

Do you think you can do a video on Louisville Jeff Walz has huge freshman class of 2024.
Nice video. This would be a great season for her. I hope she is can project into an All-American! And please not another Sam Brunelle.
My numbers for her are 8ppg, 7rebs and 1.5 blocks. There are TONS of mouths to feed.
And mixing perimeter shots with missing bunnies, I’d go 52% on the high
Kate will be a good sub until Maddy is back.
Morgan Cheli’s Archbishop Mitty beat Long Island Lutheran with Cheli outperforming Koval.

Was thinking the exact thing…a lot of assists are going to get sold lol

Poor Coaching of big's at ND.
