Can I pick your brains on the online check in for your flights. I assume you booked them straight through, Newcastle Miami via Heathrow.
Did you do your check in at the airport or online?
We am flying to Las Vegas on Friday from Dublin via Heathrow. We can check in for our Dublin - Heathrow flight at 13:05 on Thursday, but the Heathrow - Las Vegas flight can only be checked in at 16:50 on Thursday.
If you did your check in online, did you check in for your first flight and then a couple of hours later check in to you Heathrow - Miami flight or did you wait for the Miami flight check-in time and do both flights at the same time?
I know it sounds a convoluted question but I hope you can let me know how you did your check-in.

We flew out economy and you get 23kg each with BA.
