I'm a total morning person! I love to wake up a couple hours before work so I can slowly have some coffee, write and then sneak in some movement before the day gets busy!
I'm like Karena in that I need to set the scene as they say. I get the diffuser with essential oils going, I take my favourite crystals and I like to listen to relaxing music while I meditate (and focus on my mantra). Loved this video girls! 💕
I am not a morning person but my goal for this year is to be more of a morning person and to do more self love/care for myself. This would be a great addition for the day.
I love this! I like starting my day journaling and writing about my intentions, and also meditating for 10 minutes. I started meditating because of Karena! And now I can't go a day without taking that time for my inner peace :)

Mindfulness is something I've been thinking about starting...something in the morning to get me centered and started...this was great motivation for me to get it done! Thank you! I would love to incorporate some yoga or stretches into it....does anyone have any recommendations?

amandaoutside Me too! Although getting up early (especially to workout) is not always easy it's what makes me happiest.
I need to get much better at this. Every time I get myself into a good routine for the morning, my entire day is much better.
