Wonderful film. I played this two times as I was drinking my morning coffee and did coffee meditation (I don't drink tea.) I never enjoyed my coffee quite so much. I watched the first time with my eyes open enjoying the animals and once with my eyes shut in a more meditative state just listening. I got a lot out of this. Thank you and much love to everyone at Plum Village. 🙏☕😊💓
