If asked, “What central theme runs through all the Bible?” how would you respond? Jesus? The plan of salvation? The cross? Yes to all three, of course! But these three important topics unfold against an even more all-encompassing theme: the great controversy. This theme pervades the Bible, from the book of Genesis to the book of Revelation.
The great controversy began in heaven with Lucifer’s rebellion against God. At the heart of this cosmic conflict is the issue of God’s love. Is He fully loving? Does He have the best interests of His creatures in view? Or is He an authoritative dictator desiring only what is in His own self-interest?
This quarter’s lessons trace world history from God’s viewpoint, as prophecy reveals it, from the time of Christ down through the centuries to our day and beyond. God’s very nature is love, and therefore, all His acts are loving, though this fact may not always be evident to finite human beings or even angels. But God’s love is progressively revealed as the great controversy unfolds. We see its height and depth most clearly through the Cross. At Calvary, God’s love was displayed before the entire universe when Christ poured out His life to redeem humanity, and Satan’s ultimate defeat was assured.🌏

Yes! Satan does not care what he does to us. He just want to hurt JESUS so much with a deep hated that he cannot let go of. There we are nothing to him but waste. But thank the Lord for HIs love for us.

All who live in Christ that die before the persecution will not suffer the persecution.
Persecution can come at various times in our lives, and in many varied forms. "ALL WHO LIVE GODLY IN CHRIST JESUS SHALL SUFFER PERSECUTION," not my words, but God's. We will ALL be tested, if we have our sights set on heaven, the Kingdom of God. No one who enters there will have any defilement. The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin. However, tho we are forgiven when we ask, we must be completely sincere in wanting SIN out of our lives. We must hate it, & turn from it. Forsake it. Repentance!! Sin cannot stand in God's immediate Presence. Those who are judged unworthy of eternal life (bc they rejected the Son of God) will not even be raised in the first resurrection, called the Resurrection of LIFE. Those wicked who are alive at Jesus' return will be destroyed by the brightness of His coming.
But have NO FEAR, our God tells us repeatedly...He overcame the world, and IN HIM, we, too, can overcome!!! HalleluYAH

What about when he comes to impersonate Jesus .That is before the millennium . So wont people see him then as himself?
No Sis. Sherri. A person who is a pretender/impersonator is not the person. In fact, the Bible tells us if we were to hear such events, we should not even go to look! PVEL.
So when Satan comes impersonating Jesus it wont actually be Satan? I know its says dont look or go. I am just confused on the other part cause it says satan comes impersonating Christ
Yes, true. He will be like an angel of Light (after all he is a former angel & still has the form...but is darkness). So he WILL show himself then. They referred to that, but closer to the end of the chaos.
If Satan can not deceive,he will destroy you.

satan will TRY to destroy (you). God has the FINAL WORD (HIS Name is Jesus, Amen).

Yes, we just saw a video in our Summer Camp Meeting (3ABN+)
of an Amazon store & it was like a mini convenience store but did not accept cash. There were no employees to be seen.

Thank you so much for all you shared. Love each of you gentlemen in Christ Jesus our LORD. Very interesting when you shared about how many came out to see the Pope in 2019. All the wondering after this man... amazing prophecy!! We were both raised in Catholic homes, but it was our mothers who followed. Not either of our Dads. My husband was more involved in the rituals of the Catholics bc he spent more time there (lived in a Northern state where Catholicism was predominant). But he saw great hypocrisy with the leadership, that soured him. In contrast, I was in a Southern state where Protestants were more active. I also, had been greatly hurt (emotionally) by the leadership of the Catholics. I'm not sure how much any of that played into our choices to not adhere to Catholicism. God knows the influences. Hubby moved to Southern state where we met, as born-again Protestants, after both having been changed by the preaching of the True Gospel, & studying the Bible for ourselves.
So we are both so very grateful for the Word, our understanding of Prophecies, esp. end time ones, & how much sense and practicality God put into His Word!! Worship the Creator!!! Amen!!
