Here’s a little perspective for you guys who think your 212 has 30+ hp because your buddy’s dyno says so…. A nascar engine produces almost 900 hp from 358 CI. Now, that’s about 2.5 hp per cubic inch. Nascar engine programs are a highly advanced practice, with literally billions of dollars spent in development over the last several decades by some of the brightest people in the industry. That said, what makes you think that your single cylinder, 12.9 CI engine is making anywhere near those numbers? I would genuinely like to know!
@@mandoluthier with cylinder head R&D and methanol/nitro mixtures , high compression ratios. Big bores. My stock bore stock crank cast head pull start made like 31.5HP. 70mm bore 55mm crank. Your 2.990 bore stuff with those massive near 3 inch stroke cranks are monsters. . Look into minibike drag racing, but not the west coast stuff. Easy coast has fast bikes.also open dirt karting
Again. A stock b&s 212 will not make 31 hp unless it’s on nitro or rev to 15,000 rpm, and then it won’t hold it for long until it explodes. I’m not trying to bash anybody and I am familiar with the current tech in small engines, but again you have to ask yourself, what is so special about your 212 that allows it to generate formula 1 type numbers?
Looks and sounds sweet dude, mine got 28hp
My stock crank stock 70mm bore predator 212 makes 33.5 on m1. 31on 113reg. It wants more fuel
Hahaha no. It doesn’t. You got a happy dyno.
Sounds like its been sippin nitro.
what do you think about turbocharging it?
I'm not sure but i think it will not make enough pressure for the turbo
Mines got 50 😢
50hp?! nah
@@Potato37184yah.. this ones weak something’s up
