1lb Pork Bone
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Chicken Seasoning
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
100g Ginger
50g Rock Sugar
1 Yellow Onion
Sauce:
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Shallot
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 Cup Pork Broth
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Sugar
Fried Shallot:
150g Shallot
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
Other Ingredients:
Egg Noodles
Fried Shrimp Cake
Roasted BBQ Pork (Char Siu)
Green Onion & Cilantro
Bean Sprout & Garlic Chive
