Well over half of those attacks are on their owners, their children or someone else known to the family so save the "It's how you raise them" tired old line. No one is raising their own Pit to attack and kill themselves or their kids. Pit bulls have been bred for generations for violent bloodsport to kill other dogs and were never meant to be family pets.

Got my Pit/boxer mix when he was 8weeks, he lives a spoiled life..then I rescue this 8 month old Pitt that was Being beaten, dehydrated, Emaciated (Starved) had 2 ears dripping in blood, lived on a 4 ft leash in the backyard (that's a very sort leash to live on) he didnt no how to walk down 1 step, didnt know what toys were, scared of carpet, walked in his own feces, he had to live on mud water, grass and dirt and was Very frightened of men and anyone raising their voice. Now, he is a Very happy, beautiful Spoiled baby, he's attached to my husband's hip. He wont let him out of his sight! When my hubby goes to work, he will sit in the window and wait most of the time. Hes so happy and playful and he love attention and to be Loved. I was initially going to nurse him to health & rehome him but he was our Blessing.
Bless you for bringing home this unwanted dog and a companion for your other dog... They seem totally bonded..❤️ As for the couple who disposed of him because of a baby .. God help them in their old age. A dog bonds the entire family like glue..😊

These dogs have raised these hoomans very well. ✌😎👍
Double Delight! What a lovely find Chuy is, getting along with Bear right from the start. Long, happy healthy life to all four of you. Love in this family has conquered all..
Chuy having Bear as a role-model of a well-balanced, well-raised and healthy dog was likely his savings-grace! Good job to all!
so true! Puppies take good homes for granted, they don't know any different. But shelter dogs are GRATEFUL every day! ♥
Awwww love stories like this. Happy loving dogs with their proud parents. Doesn't get any better than that.
Glad to see that beautiful dog end up right where he's supposed be. He is so lucky to found these three. All four of them deserve each other.
They're both so sweet and beautiful! Thank you for loving them so much! I only wish ALL dogs were so blessed. God bless you and your adorable boys, and God bless all dogs. They're the best!❤❤
Y’all just make me smile 😊. I rescued a pit from the street. He’s big and intimidating so I hesitated to introduce him to my male Doberman. But they are the best of friends. They have been living together for over two years and Are inseparable. My pit had it hard too. I could tell he would fear when I would pick up a broom or a water hose. Now he can care less about either one. It’s nice to know I made a difference in his life. Congratulations on your beautiful dogs.
I love this couple. I can feel their goodness. May all good things come their way❣
Mine

Made me miss my 110 pound jaws American and pitbull so bad I lost him about 10 years ago wasn’t going to replace it but I think I’m gonna have to I keep seeing videos like yours great job
What a beautiful family 💞💞💞💞
Got a 4 month old black pit bull puppy in January from a shelter. I lost my other pitbull JaMatt a year and half ago. Now have Festus. We do everything together, he's a lot like Bear. Super active and can wear you out by the end of the day. Love your boys, they are wonderful.
Wonderful family. We need more people like that!
Well, two lucky dogs to have such a great home with two great dog parents.
I love seeing people showing kindness to one another, and seeing people showing kindness to animals. A day can never get better than that.
Two beautiful dogs, you have a great dog family now who will give as much love back as they receive. 😊
Both Soooooooo cute 💖💖💖
They are both soo gorgeous! Both the Babies and Parents are lucky to have found each other...it's obviously a perfect fit! ❤❤❤
You guys are awesome! Providing such a loving, caring home for Chuy and Bear.
Yes. Nothing makes thdaily stress go away like the smile and attention of a dog/best friend.
I love it when I see people who have love in their hearts and treat their pets as family members.
And a dog knowing absolutely it’s safe is an antidote to any sort of aggression. Hence these love sponges…😀
Thank you for the rescue! 🐾♥️
All animals in the whole world should have pet parents exactly like you. You guys are amazing.
sometimes I wish I was a dog and could live with such nice, gentile, caretaking, love giving people like you....
I just can't thank you enough for saving these handsome furbabies.
The 4 of you are SO awesome! Bless you humans for rescuing these angels!
You love them very well, brought back happy thoughts of the the big headed heart hugger I knew and have the privilege of loving .
I could watch videos of this family all day long. I don't know when I became a voyeur but these guys are so loving, fun, and cool. God bless them all.
Like my Story.
This one made me cry happy tears 💕💕
Bless you for bringing home this unwanted dog and a companion for your other dog...
They seem totally bonded..❤️
As for the couple who disposed of him because of a baby ..
God help them in their old age.
A dog bonds the entire family like glue..😊
I love your story and yall have the most gorgeous dogs ever. I love pittie. They are awesome!!
OMG...stumbled across this video and those are my dogs exactly! Except my Chuy is female, but a rescue dog as a companion for Slider (my bear). Coloring is exactly the same - just markings are a tad difference. When I got Slider, I didn't realize how such a little puppy could get to be over 100 pounds! Love them both to death.
This made me tear up it's so sweet.
Doogo is lucky to go from a traumatic home to a loving calm home.
It's not "luck" it's just how things should be.
@@PresidentHedgehog7956 Should be, but, sadly, sometimes isn't... but sometimes people get lucky enough to be able to adopt dogs from not-good homes, and the dogs are also lucky enough to join a loving family as an essential member, so I'd say it's lucky all around. Lucky when 'dog' people are able to offer a good home to those who need one, shall we say?
@@dorothyn.7500 Thank you... Huge difference in what "should be" and what reality is. Loving hearts are 💕 amazing.
This was so much fun to watch! Love how sweet it is!
Best buds for life..how incredibly special you have made life for these two love bugs.. I can also see how these special pups have enriched your lives…cherish these days…. and please share often!!!

The love and humor are Priceless.
Truly really is the cutest ,such a precious reaction they're both gorgeous 😍
