this is a suit which protects the instructor ans allows the student to practice strikes with full force, even knee strikes to the head. So you dont have to care about injuries and in a scenario training you can move realistic. Of course, it doesnt look realistic when the attacker wears a suit, but this is about learning how to defend yourself and not about making a good looking scene :)
