You guys do amazing work! Keep it up. I was recently and still am involved with that world clean up called #TeamSeas another awesome campaign for cleaning up our waterways. All these types of things are amazing especially trying to stop or control the illegal and overfishing, this is also extremely important and I just wish there was more sea Shepards to help!

I sort all my waste, none of which is found in nature. all of this waste in the wild is mostly because of people's disrespect. i was in spain on vacation once and saw all these tourists eating on the beaches smoking drinking and leaving their garbage behind. waste does not end up at sea by chance. there are so many poorly educated people on this earth that disgusts me! What are the governments doing about that? They have to solve the problem by its roots otherwise the plastic pollution will come back!

Wow!! Thank you so much guys!! I remember in 1982 I was in Ibiza with my parents and even than there were plastic bags swimming around us in the ocean. And this was the one of the "most expensive places" they had. They were driving with boats through the swimming area in the morning, trying to pick up the plastic, but of course now I know they only wanted to make the beach looking more pretty

@@horse-lover68 yeah I don’t get those people. Austria is such a nice country , I cannot believe people are dirty even in Austria. I had a a clean image of Austria! I have lived in Belgium as well also in the north of France and people are really dirty too. I do think we should really fine or sentence hard people who pollute. That’s the only way for them to understand.

They saw the people throwing garbage on the street and did it also. But we already have a payment punishment in the city. On the country side it's not so bad, but it changed. No efence but compared to some states in the US, Austria is still very clean, but we are a tiny country. Denmark, Sweden and all these northern countries took even more refugees than we did. I really hate to write this and I don't understand why bad happits are taking over?? Instead of f. e. Austrians telling refigees:"please don't do this, there is the garbage can", they are doing the same. It's crazy 🙈🙈

Because I know a lot of immigrant very clean and I see also a lot of Caucasian really disrespectful. It depends on the person. I think gouvernement and police should be more severe with people who pollute. Fining is not enough. We should implement clean up sessions for people who pollute. Like 4 hours a day cleaning up the streets. Like this they will understand.

I reckon this is a typical watershead? Either one praises your mission or blaming on "them", _the others_ - excluding the onus we all are responsible for. It isn't them or us, it is all _our_ problems, regardless who put it into the ocean. _Mankind_ did this - it is mankind's liability to clean oceans, rivers, parks, forests, islands, mountains, bogs, desserts etc. I am as guilty as you! Because _mankind did this to the planet_ the globe we call home.
