I really really recommend avoiding Emory board styles files. Crystal only.
If you don't use a regular nail file, remember to only go in one direction, never rub back and forth. You can go back and forth with crystal but start slow, it can take more than you expect if you're not careful.

This!! A crystal/glass nail file is a game changer for natural nails. It's so much gentler on natural nails and I end up with a much smoother finish on the free edge. Emory boards and cardboard files always left me with those tiny little chips, and they would snag on everything.

My nail game is on point. I used to bite my nails and my nails are natural weak and can bend. I went to a different nail tech who uses BIAB, with a nail change every 2 weeks which she does I can enjoy long nails to the point I sometimes get her to chop them back lol x

I prefer to use a glass file on my natural nails. They're super gentle and don't snag up the free edge.

I wish I didn't have a gel allergy. Although I do want to try HEMA free gel polish as I think the allergy is HEMA.

For a nail design, DC monuments would be cute, and the TV show from Disney Plus ,bluey, that would be awesome

So you put on a base coat and then the builder gel?

How do you remove regular polish on top of builder gel? Acetone remover weakens the gel.

dispose of each wooden stick after use? Hummm nope, that's literally wasteful and also i can't afford to buy woodstick that often.
