I'm glad they are helpful! I know some people just like my videos, or Crim's videos or Tomer's videos. This should make it easier to know who is making the content.
LegendVD played a version of this deck when Jumpstart first came out. He used Crashing Drawbridge as a 2 drop that helps you win the game immediately after Warcrying.
So this is why he talked multiple times on stream during the week about arena bugs, neheb being bugged and such. At this point he must be playing the long con, he knew all along but chose to entertain us
Seth, reading your cards can explain what they do. And you are also allowed to read your cards during a match. Though to be fair Seth played tons on mtgo where assuming a card is bugged is just something normal that you are supposed to accept is there.

Did you quit too early at 38:28 ? You had four life left, if he brought back Woe Strider he does two damage for you and then it's your turn. You could still have drawn the combo right?
Agreed. I think he was thinking about his opponent getting back Woe Strider again next turn, but that wasn't possible. Also drawing removal for the Priest was very much possible.
I've been collecting Minotaurs for ages. I went to the University of Texas - you know, the Longhorns - so want to build a 'horns deck. But it never worked very well, until these new additions. That was sweet. I'm going to have Sethron leading my commander deck.

Fires of Invention let you cheat Mana twice a turn, ramp can get to seven Mana around the same time you'd cast it. Modern wouldn't want it aside from decks that might want another ritual and even there I don't think it'd be that goof
I almost wonder if running a 2 drop like wily goblin to ramp into good Minotaurs and the combo would be better. Not technically on the tribal theme, but probably a better card. Treasure map would also do the trick and help dig for combo pieces.

Did deathbellow warcry win a previous poll? I remember this exact shell being used before for a different deck. Against the odds Sethron is pretty much the same deck as against the odds deathbellow warcry except with Sethron added to the mix. Or was it much abrew warcry? Budget magic deathbellow warcry?

so vessel of velocity is just as good as ironcrag feat for pioneer minotaurs. Thinking of building that as a budget deck next time? even with nykthos, your only looking at $96 USD
It's not really important but Deathbellow War Cry isn't from a "random precon", it is from the THB theme boosters. They had two exclusive rares for each color in those boosters. There's a couple of them that are semi-interesting.

I’ve been playing control for years and was looking a more fun way to play the deck while still staying true to the archetype. I arrived at a deck that uses Lullmage mentor and a bunch of counters to get value and threats while still locking your opponent out of the game. I thought it might be a fun deck for you to possible try. Keep up the great work. Idk if Aggravated assault is in Historic but that would be an absolutely excellent piece for this deck because you can't cast anything after the combo (Irencrag Feat restriction). I also personally think that if Rageblood Brawler is the best two drop you can run I say to heck with it, mainboard the Abrades and take out the RB's. But this deck really needs either an Aggravated Assault and/or some other permanent based effective mana sink for the mana you get off of NEH-HEB (NOT Naban Seth come on now) The Eternal.
Wish the minotaur secret lair was two colors for Kragma Warcaller and Ragemonger. Burning-fist minotaur definitely seems good enough to make the cut in this deck, though.
It's not bugged, irencrag only let's you cast one more spell, you have to use the mana you gain with Neheb pre combat to pump your team with haste and menace, you could have that kill several times
Labyrinth Raptor would work great with Sethron!! Ditch Bloodrage. You could also go with: Dreadhorde Butcher, Kroxa or Rix Maadi Reveler. I think Laybyrinth Raptor would be the best replacement though.

We've played something similar in Pioneer. It works, assuming you resolve Deathbellow War Cry. Not having Sethron is Modern or Pioneer is rough though.
Kind of weird that Sethron doesn't have a mana sink better for postcombat given that the previous 2 Minotaur Legends (Eternal Nehebs) give you postcombat mana.

Can't cast anything with Neheb because of the irencrag feat. You are only allowed one spell after that and your spell was the warcry.
Such a dumb clause to put in a near unplayable card... I wonder what made them think it was necessary.

The 2 drop is mind stone which gives more mana than a treasure token and can draw you into gas when you don't need the ramp anymore.

That turn from the Jund Sac deck was not "crazy" - that is basically what always happens when you have Citadel, Woe Strider and a decent life total.

Rageblood Shaman gives Trample and +1/+1. I think the only haste comes from Sethron's ability, but requires mana.
