UKSRT8 was started almost two years ago! With all the new additions to openITG (fuck.exe namely) it definitely needed the extra time to get used to and understand the potential of all the new things that were added :3 Also it gave me time to flesh out the story and do decent artwork for it x3 It'll be hard to top this one, but with UKSRT9, we will damn well try.
Holy moly. I knew you guys were modding the hell out of the system, but it never occurred to me just how much time you must've spent making fuck.exe. That's incredible.
1st half of the video: this game looks cool, wouldn,t mind playing it. 2nd half of the video: HOW THE F*** DO YOU READ THAT!?!? Amazing work tho, especially on SHAME, an amazing character!!
I really enjoyed the very ending parts of "Get Fucked" as it gets all blurred and trippy, showing that you're dying. It kind of shows that you're dying through the entire stage if you think about it, but it's done in a way that it doesn't actually fully show it, if that makes any sense. Also am I the only one who absolutely DESPISES the music for the bonus stage? Sure parts of it are great but the vocal throws me off and just sounds really bad for most of the times you hear vocal. One more thing, 10-1 is definitely my favorite song in the game. Either that or Kioku or whatever you call it, and Tang Pong.

Rewatching the three parts of this story, Dr Giger clearly has something to do with SHAME, and SCOLD was probably his doing as well. Irma might have become the mind behind SHAME, and Amagi got caught in the crossfire. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS GIGER?!

Fuck.exe is currently being given out to friends, but when a very stable build is made, I'll release it publicly. I am likely to release UKSRTALE with UKSRT8 but I'm not sure.

The rippling shader wasn't present during the tournament itself due to the software not working at the time :c We made sure it was functional while recording this line-out though! And thank you very much! ;w; I appreciate that a lot, seriously. I've been drawing for a while but take a long time to improve, however I think the art I did for this was pretty good :'3 hehe.
It's a bit cheeky because it relies mostly on knowledge of the original chart it's based on, the hidden steps are ones that are present in original :3 Mawaru Simulator 2016 is pretty unbalanced due to the time constraints we had, we didn't have time to test it enough, BUT everyone who played it dealt with the same unfairness so in that, it was pretty fair all around :V If and when we released it, it'll be much more fair.
+CosmicLAER maybe the hidden steps are visible for only a brief amount of time at the bottom of the screen and then they disappear. Might be hard to time the Hidden/Sudden mods tho. Or taro will just add a pinch of pixie dust and magically make the arrow disappear without mods. Idk
"Little Mode" is an option that can be activated to alter the chart within the stage :3 It removes all other arrows other than the red ones (so, all the 4ths remain), making the chart easier for those who aren't quite so good but it will affect the overall score dramatically.

Since I'm someone who plays on Stepmania 5 (though, I have OpenITG for when I can't run things (Or when I can't convert things to run) in SM5), is there or has there been consideration of an SM5 version (or an SM5 version of some stages)? (I think 5.1 has a new mods system allowing custom-made mods)
1) I highly doubt it :c 2) This is a possibility but for a very far-off future, due to the nature of a lot of the mods and code within the files. If we were to make a SM5 port sooner than later, a LOT of the effect would have to be removed or changed to compromise, and in all honesty it wouldn't be the same... But, we'll see what we can do! Right now the priority are the 2017 tournaments and UKSRTale :3

So, here's the interesting and special thing about the Phantasm - Taro implemented a function called 'SetSongBeat' within fuck.exe that allows you to warp to places within a song (previously not possible in openITG!), so in the instance of you failing an operation, you would be forced to try it again from the operation selection screen. It basically allows you infinite retries until you pass it.
The song is a mash up of 'Matoi' and 'Matoi, Odoriru' by bermei.inazawa :3 It's from the album 'Chords', afaik there are no youtube uploads of these songs due to the names being in Japanese.

Overlay pixie dust can make arrows go away with only a couple pixie dust thanks to Puuro's mask work.
