yes I add water from top lil by lil then touch it to feel the texture then add oil at last :)

this has a ferment function also not just mixing , been thinking of getting one for a while , do you have a recipe for your Roti's , they look delish
I have not tried the Ferment yet , it can be used for Pizza dough, I use it only for my chapatti’s / roti ❤️ ( wheat flour, salt water , oil)
Is this still a must have if you have a kitchen aid mixer?
