Nice to know that my Uncle Brendan Lai and the Sigongs before him still glimmer in the Skies above and like in the DEAD of Winter the Flowers STILL BLOOM.
Yeah, in Meyer's saber (dussack), dagger, etc. there are some similarities with this art as well, but also tons of differences. I guess there are bound to be similarities once you give two humans a long stick and tell them to fight with it, even if they are from a different location. Tons of differences though in application as well. Thanks for watching.
Awesome 👏👏👏. Would you mind if I ask who taught you the form? There are some differences here and there from the one I learned (but still 90% is the same).
@@theravenswoodacademy8796 Nice, I'm asking cause I've been in touch with a couple of students from praying mantis style, one from the master Henry Chung family in Brazil, other one here in Canada from master Philipman Chow. I'm a student from master Brendan Lai family and through that experience we noticed some differences between the forms and how amazing they are as all variations works in application under a different perspective.
There’s video on my channel of me knocking people out with my fists; ruclips.net/video/geTGXMB61kA/видео.html&feature=shareb On your channel you’re just waiving your fists in the air. I think there’s more evidence my fists are powerful than yours. Oh here, I’ll paste some Chinese characters in: 井底之蛙
