When I think of Isle of Man I think a Britt Churchill, I loved riding with him he was one of the best riders I knew. We used to watch Isle of Man races all the time. He turned me on to it and I'll keep it alive in my soul.

This race is on my doorstep, at nine years of age I wanted to race the NW 200 . You have to sea it to believe it !!! My heart beats for Ireland and fast bikes!! Time to go and give my fireblade That oil change and myself a Beer!!! 😃
The Ulster Grand Prix is a race near Belfast in northern Ireland, and the IOM TT is on the Isle of Man. They are two different races, at different places. Irish road racing is the general word for those races.

Don’t worry mate I’m the same. Went to watch the TT 2015 and Sat next to a hells angel from New Zealand. He had tears in his eyes and said to me I’”m in total shock that this is even possible, fuckin unbelievable!
My dad always wanted to go see these guys race, but never got the chance before he passed away when riding his motorcycle. I have a lot of respect for these guys and couldn't imagine doing this.
It’s almost sad watching William race in this race… as it was literally only a couple hops, skips, and a jump from Skerries where he inevitably lost control due to oil leaking out onto his rear tire… and at these speeds, that’s an immediate death sentence. I ride these speeds all the time on track, not during, but B4, and after I go through my checks, I triple check everything on my S1000rr or my R1M bcuz of William. Just an Erie feeling watching this one sooo close to where he laid it down for the final time. As moto riders are concerned, superstition and location are not at all ignored. RIP William Dunlop, you were just coming into the prime of your motorcycle racing career, and pulling some unreal numbers with regard to times. 🙏🏽🕊️😇🙏🏽
These Racers...i just have the upmost respect for. At 190mph the 3 remain spaced and they don't do anything that would harm or kill their opponents even if they're passing. This is the next best thing since space travel.

I haven't been to a race since 1986 when I used to watch Joey and Robert Dunlop. I miss it alot now that I live in the States. I shall have to go home during a race. NW 200 or maybe Ulster GP.

I'm not sure if Moto GP riders would even qualified for this race. With track's wide corners and safety areas compering to a normal two lane road with walls and hedges they would never open the throttle fully. These guys are just amazing!!!! To me they must be fearless although they say they feel fear.

Fear is there to warn you of danger, it's your decision what you do at that point.
I think all the fearless riders in races like this were sorted out by the mistakes fearlessness can result in. It's those with the healthy, respect based fear that are still alive and there to race.
For a hobbyist rider Guy Martin really was on a whole other level then most. Imagine if he committed himself to doing this as a profession. He’d be unbeatable
