Ed Sheeran has come back with a bang with his club hit pop song Shivers!
In this remake video we break down the most important production in Shivers using Logic Pro. We will look at kick and clap samples that will work for the bouncing beat, we will find a bass guitar vst for the bass line, I will show you how to make Ed Sheeran's acoustic guitar style, how to record vocals in logic pro, fix your rhythm and tuning in logic pro with Flex Pitch, how to remake those wonderful trumpets with a free vst, the importance of Flam Hits in your drum production and lots of logic pro shortcuts!
To make this remake more of a challenge, let's try and do it in ONE HOUR! And then I'll try my best to sing the Lead Vocal of Shivers LIVE! It's a very high melody line so that should be tricky...
I really enjoyed remaking Ed Sheeran's new track and hopefully you can learn something from it!

@@93Acres just one suggestion tho...... the vocals sounded kinda unnatural/mechanized. Try making it sound a bit more acoustic. Hope you get what Im trying to say 😊
@Shaun Fabian Dsouza Absolutely! That's the flex pitch sound I mentioned. Moving the vibrato as low as that causes that effect 😅

do you record guitars with a mic or electric acoustic? i get serios trebly scratchy sound when i use my acoustic/ electric..
I record acoustic guitars with a mic, and I plug my electrics straight in! Have a go at positioning the mics in different spots, closer to the sound hole can give more body.
