I learned the main marimba line on piano, and oh boy I have to say, it was so easy, I was actually shocked. I got inspired by that and made like 3 riffs back to back and now I am making a song and 3 beats simultaneously😅😅😅😅

@@Taramrb I have some amount of relative pitch, so I use my ear to pick them out! I usually have the keyboard beside me just to be sure I’m picking out the right notes 🙌

I think you need to download more logic sounds!
This should work
A) Logic Pro -> Sound Library -> Download All Available Sounds

Hello, if you haven’t already worked this out - compressors are versatile and can be used for several reasons. In case you’re not aware the compressor temporarily lowers to volume to control the dynamics of the sound. In this instance:
#1 - fast attack, short release - this will allow the vocal to pop through before the comp kicks in. This means transients pop out in the mix.
#2 - This is also called a ‘glue compressor’ and will only be subtle. This is to reduce the dynamic range and will catch anything too loud and essentially make sure the volume is evened out.
