Photographing Zion National Park: The Narrows Hike and Fall Color | Southwest Landscape Photography

- In this video I take you with me to the famous Narrows hike in Zion National Park. I do my best to vlog while hiking through the water and on slippery boulders all while holding my video camera in one hand for most of the hike. I do my best to come up with some creative and meaningful compositions while also taking in the wider and picturesque views of the hike. After the hike I take a walk in the upper elevations of Zion in search of some more fall color and smaller scenes. I appreciate you being here and taking the time to watch!

haha ain't that the truth. I usually keep our trips separate from my photography nonsense but I've wanted to do this hike for a while so I made an exception. She's a trooper ;)
Zion never disappoints. I was there earlier this year in late spring. Had the chance to spend time in the east side of the park for the first time. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice images of the Narrows!

Some nice views. Couldn't help but think, Dang, need a dry or wetsuit & a dry bag with that water depth. Take a shuttle & hike back to the car? Or ???
Welp we had the dry suits but the neoprene socks aren’t waterproof. But all in all it was okay. But yeah we took the shuttle there and back to our car. Thanks for watching!
