"I'm angry because you think you can quantify love with legal documents " If that's how you feel, then you should not want marriage at all because a marriage certificate is a legal document.
Yup, a woman should consider herself lucky to be getting married at all. More and more men aren't willing to take the risk anymore. If a man is willing to marry, even if it's with a prenup.
She claimed he has trust issues, but she was using his credit card despite having her own career and money and then threw a fit when he said she was spending too much money on the card and making comments about taking him to the cleaners, then his lack of trust is justified. Trust is earned not given and even moreso than respect and a person must be proven trustworthy continuously.
There we go, a couple who realized that communication is the most important constant in a relationship before it was too late. And now, they might well be in the 50% that have a marriage that lasts. Good for them! 🙂
Best thing to do is not get into playing the game AT ALL. She meant everything she said, believe her and dump her. FYI A marriage certificate is literally a LEGAL DOCUMENT. FYI Prenups get tossed out all the time, THEY can claim they were signed under duress and so on yada yada yada. WHY was SHE using HIS CARD????
What an excellent story! Sure, it had some flaws - Olivia never apologized for making the joke in the first place, or promise to work on improving herself so she wouldn't keep thinking she had to be "that person" with anybody - she never realized that if she had to play a "role" with the women in the restaurant than they weren't actually her friends (And toxic, to boot.), & neither of them really brought up the fact that when Greg heard the joke his immediate thought was to go get a pre-NUPTIAL agreement set up, etc. - but there was no real bad guy & while Olivia might not have apologized she DID, at least, take a step back to evaluate the situation & responding maturely. So, in all, an excellent story.
He would have been wiser to have broken up with her immediately after that comment. She showed him her motivations and he should have believed her. Her saying it was a joke and blaming him for overreacting is classic deflecting, now she sees it worked she will do it again.
This was another good story imo. The woman recognized the problem, worked through it and understood that her behaviour was what created the problem, and worked to fix it. More stories like this please, that don't paint women as one dimensional idiots, who are completely clueless as to why their relationships continually blow up in their faces.
Not a fan of the new voice. Please go back to the old voice. When it comes to the story, no one should ever make jokes like that about their relationship. But if you're going to make that joke and still show you are trustworthy, SIGN THE PRENUP! Also I feel like he got gaslit into believing hearing those comments meant nothing when it genuinely meant a lot. How are you going to say and act like that in front of your friends and believe that's ok? What if he had been bragging about how she thinks he's going to give her a ring but she's actually just a "smash and pass" and when she confronts him he just blows her off and says "oh it was just jokes with the boys. Just chill." Hearing either destroys trust, and he came up with the solution of the prenup to save the relationship. Her getting all butt hurt about it would've set off SOOO many red flags. At least they're going to couples counseling. They need it.
These new voices are terrible terrible wow unbelievably bad. I have a doorbell camera that has a better AI voice did I mention the voices are terrible?
with this story i find a strong woman that actually cares about her man and is willing to prove herself trustworthy. honestly suprised as i didnt think trustworthy women existed anymore.
The woman you meet in divorce court is TOTALLY DIFFERENT from the woman you marry.
you know how you prove you care about the person no matter how much they have? You SIGN THE PRENUP!!!!!
Don't bother with the prenup. worthless piece of paper. Your only real protection is to not get married.
A good prenup that works? Have a video of her talking all kinds of racial slurs - if she takes you to the cleaners, you publish the video.
Exactly. There is no benefit for men to get married until no fault divorce is outlawed.
It helps with taxes tbh.

With the way that divorces out number marriages in 2024, no prenup no ring.

He heard her diabolical plan directly from her mouth and he has trust issues?
Go back to the old voices this one sucks.
Thanks for the feedback.
Just come to write the same thing. This sound is awful..
🎯
Agreed about the AI voices, these are horrible
@@HearitStories Yeah these voices are terrible.
Yells him he has trust issues, when he literally heard her bragging about her plans to take him for everything she could. Nope just leave her.
Honey you ain’t rich. I am. Get a prenup even if you’re not rich.

Nothing new. What's your is our, mine, what's mine is MINE 😂
Sounds like the nerd from TV shows. With the glasses and and overalls.😂

Were the problem just sign the thing and done. That fact that she tip toes around it while earning good. Tells you all you need to know.
Isn't it funny how upset gold diggers get when they are called gold diggers. Dude, she showed you who she really is, believe her.
This voice is irritating sounds like he’s whining

There was nothing idiotic about how this guy reacted to her..."joke".
Words...even in jest...are like bullets. Once they're out there, you can't take them back or control the damage they'll cause.
If she doesn't care about the money she shouldn't care about the prenup. It works both ways.
Please go back to old voice

Two things after you say I Do a P.I. on retainer and A IRONCLAD Prenup 👍
Agreed these voices are too mechanical

Omfg just *sign* it!
Its not about money until you get divorced, then that's the only thing its about
What happened to the great voices? Both voices are poor compared to previous ones especially the male voice.
Wow.

@@HearitStoriesdo you have a new channel? Identical stories with the old voices have been popping up on a channel called love and cheating.
I was thinking the same thing.
These new voices are terrible terrible wow unbelievably bad. I have a doorbell camera that has a better AI voice did I mention the voices are terrible?

How could you trust someone who made that comment?
