Awesome! You’re gonna love it. It will come powered off when delivered. Just turn on the power switch, unlock once, and lightning bolt once. Took me a minute to figure mine out since the manual is so confusing.
@@luisr4986 waiting on mine now. Ordered 2 weeks ago. Spoke to them a few days ago and they said it should be shipped out at the beginning of this week. They promised 14 days build time on the sight. Just waiting for the email. So excited! Been waiting almost years for this!
Maaaaan i read and listened to onyx hella confusing youtube video (i really think they should make those more informative with less of the jokes so ppl can get it) and this was very simple and to the point. Thank you for this
I'm torn between the huck and onyx..does the onyx resist being moved like the huck? The huck when locked turns on the regenerative braking when trying to be pushed..does onyx have that same feature..where I work people come and go all the time so security will be a huge factor for me
The Onyx does the same thing. Just make sure you keep the power switch on and turn off and lock it with the fob. That plus a nice bike lock and you’ll be good.
My key fob does NOT work consistently like this. Doing the exact same thing…sometimes I can’t even get my bike to turn on! At this point I want to use something else entirely to turn my bike on and off without using the cheap kill switch (don’t think it’s meant for that). What are my other options and how to do so?
Unfortunately there isn't another option out there. Have you swapped the battery in your fob? I find that mine after 2 years needed replaced and worked better. Hope this helps!
It comes with two fobs. If you lose both you have to not buy new fobs that also come with the security system component. Luckily they aren't too expensive and replacing the system is very easy.
It took a solid 5 months. But since then Litespeed is no longer in business. You should contact your bank and try and get your money back. Check Chi Battery Systems out for an upgraded battery.
Thank God.... Couldn't get it to save my life...
Just ordered mine last week. Appreciate you taking the time to explain the alarm.

@@ryguy9341 I was still unsure about ordering mine but when I seen your review on your last video it convinced me lol.
@@luisr4986 That’s awesome! Onyx stated that they are down to a 45 day build time now. So you should get yours pretty fast!
@@ryguy9341 I want it now tho!! Lol

I agree. Those videos make it hard to take that co. seriously customer service wise.
lol I don’t see how you guys miss the simple instructions in their videos tbh. I love their style of tutorials 😂
Life saver! You should right the directions for them. LOL
Dude thank you.

@@ryguy9341 I’ve only had mine since like June unfortunately
Do you have a link to where you will you purchase the alarm for your bike key fob
It is available to order on the Onyx website.
What happen when u lose the remote?
It comes with two fobs. If you lose both you have to not buy new fobs that also come with the security system component. Luckily they aren't too expensive and replacing the system is very easy.
So if you lock it with the key fob does that mean that someone can’t just jump on turn on ur power and drive off with it?
No. Without unlocking the bike pushing the lightning bolt the bike will not power on.
Did your litespeed battery ever ship? How long from order date to being shipped? I ordered and it's been 1 1/2 months.

How do you like the domino throttle?
I love it. The stock throttle is ok but the Domino is way more comfy to use and I think looks way better.
@@ryguy9341 Thats the first mod I would like to do but I’m not to handy. Did you install it yourself?
@@luisr4986 I did. I got a wire harness from DatShopNYC. Check them out on Instagram and Alvin can sell you a plug and play harness.
THANK YOU!!!!!
Do you still have your bike
Yep. Well over 2000 miles on it. Love it!

@@tankdome37 Not yet. I’m pretty busy. I’ll get one done this summer for sure!
This doesn't work for me. 🙄
