Way too many self-entitled people on their phones while driving. I see them every day. Just today I left the house and no more than a couple of minutes into my drive I spotted a guy talking on his phone as he drove across and turned into a street in front of me. After that I spotted 4 people in a row using their phones while in a queue of vehicles on the motorway. The sooner we get cameras that detect people on their phones the better. They have them in Australia already.
a laptop is a computer... a printer is also a form of a computer, anything that is a device is actually a computer... But in a different form factor. but yes the camera man was a bit stupid for showing a tower pc lol
@@Orcaben1 i have, and im smart enough to know that all devices are actually computers that have just been designed for a different purpose, but obviously you should know this as your on a smart phone.
@@gamingwithils8686 i guarantee you i have more technical equipment than you, yes Technically every device is a computer, but there is proper names for each individual devices, you won't call an RAF AI Targeting drone a computer, you'll call it a UAV, a phone is a phone, laptop a laptop, a pc is a computer, a printer a printer. You don't call Tesla's computers when it's driving in AI mode, you call it a CAR.
The penalties for phone users are still way tooo soft.
