In my family all loving this game!!! And they are not gamers like me, just the style of games with these good animation fighting, what a wonderful console is the Super Famicom, for me the best console ever....
Playing the tournament mode and getting 100% power Toguro in the first match is something that happened to me more than once. I adore this game since I learned how to play it. Edit: story mode not tournament
@@SNESMusicFactory That's too bad. I was looking everywhere for an english "patch" to understand the subtitles, but couldn't find any obviously... Been playing this game occasionally since I was 12. I'm 27 now. Unfortunately, after having played for ~500 hours total, I have to say: RNG is a huge part of this game. Whether you can dodge, block, or hit with an attack seems to depend HEAVILY on which CPU cycle you happened to press your button, and nothing to do with how you "time" your actions. It's very similar to how the CPU opponent fights in Yu Yu Hakusho 2 (2d fighting game). Limitations of the Famicom/SNES, I guess. Hiei seems to suffer the most because three of his attacks are melee, with mediocre dodge stats, and enzatsu kokuriuha has almost nonextistent dodge stat, so you take an almost guaranteed hit if the enemy also used a ranged attack. Regardless, it was - in my opinion - a great concept, with phenomenal artwork and animations (for the time). Sorry for the late comment.
