There are hundreds of hindu kovils in south. Non of Sinhalese ever protest against building kovils in south.Instead they do donations to those kovils. Why Buddhist temples are prohibited in north? Who are racist here?
There were no any hidden agendas behind building temples of minority in south , temples or any place of worship are build for prayer according to their bleives. But in noth and east, Buththa's statues are being used to threaten the existence of minorities.

Can you show me Sinhalese language or culture in any of indian states? Sinhala language and Sinhalese culture only exists in this island . Because Sinhala language and culture never came from anywhere else. It was born and evolved in Sri lankan soil over last 2500 years. As you know to develop an unique language and culture it takes thousands of years. If Sinhalese buddhist do not live in this country , sri lanka will be an another copy of Tamil nadu. By destroying ancient buddhist temples in north , and building cement kovils on top of ancient stupas, you guys are destroying cultural identity of your own ancestors who were Sinhalese buddhists before the invasions of Kalinga magha in 13th century . After the decline of Rajarata civilization , south idian invasions brought here Tamil language and culture , your ancestors were forced to giveup their buddhist faith and Sinhala identity . Gradually your ancestors started to beleave you are Tamil hindus. But if you compare your genetics with tamils ,you are different from them. Even you dont look like Tamils. You are tamil speaking Sinhalese ,who have lost your identity . Most sad story is you are still trying to destry your ancient buddhist identity .😪
@@kalanaviraj7540 Simple sinhala language based on pali language which was used in the gowthama Buddha's period and sinhala language can not speak without pali Sanskrit and Tamil if you research the root of your every word it should be from those languages now would you say pali and Sanskrit evolved in Sri Lanka and one more thing if you look at the alphabet of Telugu Kannada you can find the similarities and you can find the similarities by sounds between sinhala and Hindi because all these languages based on Sanskrit or mixture of Sanskrit but Tamil is not like that it has own script own grammar and own root of words And our ancestors did not Sinhalese who converted as Tamil your ancestors most of them they converted them self some as Sinhalese to survive in southern part of Sri Lanka lastly the name of Lanka is not sinhala its purely Sanskrit Study the the real history don't believe the scripted history which was son by anagarega darmapala And don't come and vomit the fake stories
