As your video makes clear, the game's well-designed rules capture the essence of the era but without weighing down the game play. Hi, I would like to know if it is difficult for a beginner to handle solo and if a game really lasts 3 hours. In its place, could you recommend something simple and fast? Maybe always from ancient times? I saw that there is also Pandemic: The fall of Rome... Thanks for your suggestions :)

Every time I watch someone's videos I haven't seen before I'm more distracting trying to discern all the games on their shelves.

funnily enough, the chart on the box for "solitaire suitability" is smack in the middle
they always do that but their solitaire ratings are usually full of crap.
I was so excited until you said it was a deck building game. Card driven games are the worst.
