Step 1. First You need to go to the following PHP Official Site.
windows.php.ne...
This page will lead to the Php official Site. Now here find VS16 x64 Thread Safe and download the zip file.
Step 2. After downloading just extract the zip file on your Windows 10/11 OS. 64 bit. In my video, I have guided you step by step on how to install PHP 8.2.0. Just follow that if you are facing any issues.
Step 3. Now just copy and paste the extracted PHP folder to the Program Files of your c drive.
Step 4. Now set the environment variable and there you go! Now just simply create a PHP file and write a hello world script.
Step 5. Now open the Command Prompt and type:
php nameOfYourPhpFile.php
And there you go!!
But as mentioned in the video, It is always recommended to run a PHP program on a server. So for that follow these two videos:

regarding: *error couldn't open input file*
ensure that you have the hello file saved as a PHP file, and not a .txt*
my basic notepad only read text, saved it as a text document.. hello.php.txt, essentially.
use a platform like notepad ++, visual code, etc... save it as a php, try it again, you should get it..
i had the same error and just figured it out after a 4 fits of rage, 3 cups of coffee, 2 hours, and 1 break 👻

why on cmd they say to me 'php' is not recognized as an internal or external command
Try Adding the location to path if you haven't
C:\php-8.2.4\
you need to give another extra \ in path
@@ayoung_dumb after adding the path. Same one is showing

i already install the PHP 8.0.11, but when i try this to upgrade version it can't
in the environment variables delete the old php version😄

'PHP' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
What fixed it for me was to change my folder name to the same version I have "PHP 8.2.11" Then just update that in environment variable. I also opened the hello.php in Notepad++ and made sure it was saved as a php file.
