Actually hadn't even thought of that. These guys boggle my mind though lol. When I was a kid my dad went to work at night from around 6 and didn't get home until 4 in the morning. His second job was from 8am until 2:30pm, then he'd pick me and my sister up from school, take a nap while we watched TV, and drop us off at our moms after she got out of work. So, to the reactors, that's when people like that sleep. Very little and whenever they can.

The real comedy gold of this Night At The Museum trilogy is whenever Jedediah or Octavius or both of them together screamed then it cuts to a shot far away from them then cuts back to a close up of them then cuts back to a far shot, it's so hilarious every time I watched that scene. The interesting thing is that this tracks with a part of Egyptian culture. Egyptian mythos states that its magicians would create clay or *wax* dolls called shabti that would come to life and serve as helpers and assistants. It very much mirrors the behavior of the wax figures of the museum, but without a master to serve, so it’s very likely that the tablet was initially used to control the shabti in the past.

“ so everything in the museum comes to life every night?”
    Wow, that’s a lot like Fnaf !😅
Larry is the night guard (Mike) and characters comes to life in the museum at night (animatronics)
Also Mike had sleep problems. At least in the film.

i love how it's kept vague if the museum director knows about the exhibits coming to life or not. him asking larry after the first night about octavius and jedediah could either mean 'why did you replace these miniatures?' or 'how did the roman miniature get into the other exhibit?'.
and at the end of the movie he might not ask larry about how there are dinosaur footprints in the snow and stuff cuz he knows the museum comes to life and the 'do you have an explanation for this?' might just mean 'how did they manage to get out?'.

Fun fact: Even though the movie goes with the "Sac-ah-jaw-wee-ah" pronunciation, that isn't the consensus of most experts on how her name was pronounced. All we have is Lewis & Clark's notes, the Hidatsa language, and the Shoshone language to go by (the Hidatsa were her captors and she was Shoshone by blood).
Generally, academics prefer the Hidatsa pronunciation (for historical reasons I won't go into) which would have been either "Sah-ka-ke-wee-ah" or "Sah-ka-guh-wee-ah". Given the uncertainty in the pronunciation, the officially spelling is Sacagawea which allows for the hard "g" or soft "j" sound but others prefer the spelling Sakakawea to represent the hard k sound.
Its pretty interesting and I'd recommend learning more about it.
