I had the chance to buy a 16520 when it came out in 1988. One day I was stopped at the airport and asked for proof of purchase of this watch. That day I began to understand the craze for old Rolexes. Today the Daytona 16520 has become unattainable for the majority of common people, and that’s a shame because it’s a superb watch.

Personally I'd actually go with the white dial but that's only because I'm not a watch collector but a watch wearer and i think it's more wearable on a daily basis. Would have to be the black dial if i was going to put it away though.

I have both the white and black dial Zenith Daytonas. Even the black dial 116500. Prefer the black dial Zenith Daytona. Hope to get a Panda in the future. Thanks for your excellent videos. Keep up the good work. Coming to London soon, would be great to visit the boutique.
