    I remember I did most of the leg workouts with ur recommended reps and I was walking funny and struggling with stairs through the rest of the week 😂 these work

      @@shelthemaster I'm doing these exercices once a week, and then on another day of the week I'm doing the one legged on-bench lunge-jumps (which are shown in another video by Coach Zach). If you're playing on ice, I'd suggest not doing these workouts the day before the games, but rather the day after. The key is really to note your results and push yourself to get getter ones each time. If you combine these simple leg and and core exercices you should see great things in your skating!

    Any videos for leg endurance I find after 45 secs I get heavy legs and my core gets weak
