Arnaud Hétu Nice! How many times per week do you do this specific workout?
@@shelthemaster I'm doing these exercices once a week, and then on another day of the week I'm doing the one legged on-bench lunge-jumps (which are shown in another video by Coach Zach). If you're playing on ice, I'd suggest not doing these workouts the day before the games, but rather the day after. The key is really to note your results and push yourself to get getter ones each time. If you combine these simple leg and and core exercices you should see great things in your skating!
