Oh no, sorry to hear that. How long did you rebake your tumbler? What I did was rebake it first for 30 mins and another 30 mins then 10 mins and another 10 mins until I see that the image was slowly fading

Maybe too much time and temp, try to do 375f for 5 mins that’s what I do to my tumblers now
