Me "Jahangir Ahmed" was quite lucky that i got US visa for the first time in 2019.. I myself fill the DS-160 form even having no previous knowledge..In addition to that, I had almost zero travel history.I just went to Saudia Arabia for an umrah purpose...All the odds were on my side like i was single(Not Married lol) with least travel history, Young boy, Traveling Alone, No sponsper, Still got the hands on the Visa..

The lawyer mentioned that when you come back USA, It takes 2 hours extra because USA immigration checks passengers' BACKGROUND, It's totally wrong information. Aircraft takes 2 hours extra because its travels against the wind. I worked in airport aviation service.

Yes after all he is lawyer if we travelled for dubia even our flight time is lahore to dxb is 2:45 Hours and when we come back it takes 20 to 30 minutes less when british airways flight's fly from lahore to Heathrow I travelled 2 times on BA lahore to London takes 8 hours 10 minutes roundabout and London to lahore 45 minutes less flight time

1. Gather all documents and Always always keep copies of everything for records.
Don't lose the copies even if visa issued or rejected. Always keep copies.
2. Do it yourself if you're proficient in English.
3. Do not lie or misrepresent, always be honest and truthful as much as possible.
4. Apply only if necessary.
5. If rejected previously, only re-apply if you have very strong reason to overcome it.
6. Don't waste your money if you think going there on visit visa will lead to green card/permanent residency. Remember B1/B2 is only Visit visa, not for permanent or other reasons.
7. You need to be able to show how/where you will stay, have health insurance for your stay period and enough money to last till your stay....with some extra ofcourse.
8. Only travel if absolutely necessary.

Hello, I was in USA on B2 visa. my visa was going to expire but before that I applied for a b2 visa extension now my case is pending since November 2022 . Can I file for a student visa now?

Please let me know about my query, I & my wife was DQ on 2nd July 2022 for an I-5 visa, sponsored by my U.S National son, but still, v r waiting for an interview call from Islamabad Embassy. Do u have any information about how much more time it will be for the interview? Regarding your statement that they know everything regarding incoming passengers, they wanted to listen to the truth from the visitor. It is quite right that one needs to have a record of previous information given to them. Now they have some airports in different countries to check the incoming passengers' records, while they are in transit & if someone is found to have a dubious/suspicious record, he will be instantly Off-loaded from the airplane, hence no entry, no problem. I hope u will be kind enough to answer my query. Thanks.
hello sir, I am in Africa since 2009. The first time I applied for B1/B2 visa was in 2010 in Africa, and it was refused to say that I should apply for my visa from my home country (India) with my family. Now Once again I am planning to apply (alone) for B1/B2 visa from Africa, and in the DS-160 application, I have mentioned my last refusal, with no reason explained, as I didn't get any slip or justification for refusal. is that okay? and may I know if this time I am asked about why it was refused last time, what should I say. as it was not explained to me why it was refused.

Absolutely not. If we set 100 knots speed of an aircraft, it will maintain 100 knots regardless of directions or altitude if the aircraft is designed for it.
