I allow all patterns of neglect, abuse, codependency and loss associated with mother or father to be forgiven completely now.
I allow all patterns of abuse, neglect, codependency and loss associated with others to be forgiving completely right now.
I allow all patterns of codependency, neglect, abuse and loss associated with a dimension of time, any and all incarnations, blamed on the Universe, on God or perpetuated by my Self to be forgiven completely now.
I allow all patterns of loss, abuse, codependency and neglect from all ancestral bloodlines whether male to female, female to male, male to male, or female to female, to be forgiven completely now.
And knowing it is so, I allow neglect, loss, abuse and codependency to be forgiven completely for the greater good of all, and so I am healed.
I allow all associations in my subconscious mind that make neglect, abuse, codependency and loss familiar to be cleared out of my energy field, returned to the source of its origin, transmuted completely, and healed to completion now.
And that means as of this moment I command my subconscious mind to recognize and label codependency, loss, neglect and abuse as Foreign Experiences, so to delete out of my conscious awareness any and all realities that reflect those labels, so to illuminate out of my field any potential of codependency, loss, abuse and neglect.
And in knowing it is so, I allow my subconscious mind to acknowledge safety, wholeness, fulfillment, abundance, inspiration and joy as my new Familiar Experiences. Attracting into my conscious awareness these new familiar experiences now that I’m instructing my subconscious mind to identify with inspiration, wholeness, confidence, abundance and fulfillment.
I identify with it, I attract it, it is one with who I am and will not settle for anything less.
And so I am healed.

Check it. Im a sensitive starseed celestial dude(I look 18 but am 27), INSANELY loving for everything..but DAMN, earths relationships I am an innocent newb at. I've had a life where there was a lot of codependency in my family(especially as of late where my dad can't do it to my mom anymore, since she left him after being with each other since middle school) and for me, it came to be known as enough neglect, to make every relationship I had with a beautiful partner turn so bad on my end, in all different ways depending on what that relationship was supposed to teach..its all so clear now, that zero relationships with another will come to me until its the aligned, for sure ha. My dad was in prison from 4th grade to softmore year for me. Big formative years; lots of drugs where I'm from(Portland, Oregon where this event takes place) its a deep celestial city, I love it. anyway dads gone and I had a pretty eclectic upbringing(mansions to homeless hanging etc) and I'm eclectic as source really can be in a body lol. My music taste is the really the embodiment of me(celestial death metal to Sara Mclanlanwhatever) SO HERES THE CRAZY part ha..my dad comes into town yesterday, where I work is at my house, which is my dads company. I couldn't keep any other job and stay healthy because of being such a sensitive empath being, ya know..so i work from home, for him. Theres so much for me to say on this but I won't. I'll jus leave it at, I felt my dads neglect hit the boiling point with myself(even tho the many explosions of many things have happened countless times), the ultimate boiling point where I ended up leaving the house after certain events that he did to me and then I did to him took place. I left as he was trying to salvage whatever words to me. Somewhere in me knew finally to go to the point where it hurt so fuckn bad in me to do it, but to leave him there sulking in what he was to me during those times of verbal abuse..to almost physical abuse.I was crying like all day(and resisting feels almost more than I ever have in my life? a lot coming up) under the radar listening to the literal heaviest worlds decaying music possible(its beautifully intense and real..dark as shit, epic). It was my only other coworkers last day, who is the only female and actual person I'm around during the week at least. There was so many moments in life that I could only deal being comfortable with others and them being woman; for the softer truer nature that i would feel from them unlike the opposite from many males growing up. so that plus another thing.. Anyway, this video is literally the most aligned, SO specific to exactly what happened just hours ago today. I've watched every Matt video over the years and have met him a couple times but this is jus nuts..I'm really bad at explaining things as I've been told and know it, since i'm a weird alien that jus cannot figure out the human relationship human interaction part..I'm weirdo loving alien who throws all I have in the open. The closest person I know like myself is Matt. I'm insanely celestial wise, like the things that happen to me with feelings, I can understand any one of you and help you heal. But when it comes to human physical wisdom..thats what I came here to learn along with relationships(like everyone else too) and to help people transition and integrate into 5d consciousness with jus the most open raw true love possible. if anyone wants to say whats up, I'd love to say it back to ya. FUCK YES MATT. FUCK YES EVERYONE. THE CLIMATE IS FREAKING ME OUT BECAUSE I WANT ALL THE BEAUTY THAT FLOWS TO FLOW...not to stop flowing:(
...and the crazy about it. I'm out n down the road from the house. He texts me saying he left me a bonus for food and that he left. Instantly something is stripped out of me. The deeper neglect starts leaving me..he tells me he left it on my pillow. As I'm going home I feel the true love rush instantly back like he jus passed away and I can no longer seem him again here. I sit with this pretty fuckn intense sadness. I go home and call him and tell him he should come back and that I'm sorry to. I got him to a point where it did break some egoic patterning in him because then what he said to me as he was for sure gonna head back home over the mountains. I let him know again he can come back, i love him, but now he knows he needs to integrate..I realize soon what happened and why him leaving and all that happened, what it worked for. It was this clearing thats matt speaks about. sometimes I complete jus die in the highest way and all of a sudden I get told, you hold the aspects of everythings energy(this earth and inhabitants, its a such beyond human thing that happens), if you are aligned, this whole world aligns..that shit is always so intense and its jus that celestial speaking that happens to me between the understanding of all this. i love everyone and everything so much..its jus so unreal when i come in contact with others that don't know this, but I jus have to remember why I'm here and why the light workers as the homie Matt calls them, are here. I got to my room and get the money for food and it has a note from my dad saying I love you and I truly apologize for that, etc... Profound healings and synch ups today! and so it is...its always wow. Lets heal this world in our aligning of love in self and unto others eh!
In my understandings which I consider as my spiritual gift sorta thing. I get why I chose this family completely. What I do to heal them, the fabric of relations in between that. And then what it does for me. its such a cohesive thing when its all said done/healed up. It is very nice being able to see things in biggest, deepest, truest form. But the struggles I face on opposite ends may be the easiest things for some people to be good at, I know this, I respect all sides of it as we all should ourselves n others. I'm just getting a lot out and its great, this may be the biggest final chapter to the past 9 years or so, and also for my ultimate relationship starting with my dad and mom and thus them being able to handle their lives accordingly and mine as well with others. ramble over!

How do we get deeper into the Core Wounds so that we can heal them once and for all? This transmission was extremely healing, but I feel I need more in order to resolve them. Affirming is not enough for me

Can someone clarify about dislike, what is he saying?, that we don't ever have to dislike someone or a situation, because when we are in balance we don't dislike anyone or anything? is that it?
I interpreted it as literal -- any time a person says to themselves 'i don't like (this) person', or 'i hate (these) people' or (as I realize I say to myself sometimes), 'i hate people', also 'i don't like myself'. Later on in the video he says the dream of dislike can be anything.
