@Noneofyabusiness1 in my army unit, our cards were only turned on when we traveled and a daily meal and hotel perdiem was included based on the location traveled. If you went over that amount you had to pay the overage out of your own funds. It appears there was absolutely no oversight in the agencies credit card use.

He needs to face criminal charges from LCHA to HHA - if they look into David Northern's history he would spend the rest of his life in prison! 2005-2012 is when I was there to see what he was doing he too Alan Jefferies legacy and destroyed it
