Damn shame, reason elderly and low income family can't use housing for what it suppose to be, a stepping stone. They need home owner classes. And more affordable housing project complex, that 100 thousand could of been used on that( Lord know the ones we have limited and maybe the homeless could be houses and eviction court wouldn't be crowded, cause the tenants n employees would have to take a money management class especially if we trying to move them off the system, Smh. Too bad nothing will change. There needs to be tax back policies and incentivize executive leadership salary with bonuses based on how much tax back is refunded to property owners. With no incentive to make budget cuts, spending will just keep rising and it doesn’t matter who you elect. The system is too flawed and in a deteriorating state.
Money will cause you to turn a blind eye to pain and suffering, and forget you were once a human, because if you let people get evicted because of a chair massage, you are no longer human.
