Everyone is say that england's rotation policy was the reason they lost the test series, but there's always other side to it, before the start of the test series root said in the press conference that england will take inspiration from india, india won the test series in australia without their main players and showed that you can still win provided you are ready to fight, but none of the english players fought in the recent test series against india, obviously playing in india is difficult for any touring team but whatever root said in the press conference prior to the start of the test series was absolutely false and england collapsed badly.

Why are England not considering David Malan for the one day internationals? Although he is the top ranked t20 player but he seems to be a great timer of the ball rather a slogger who can hit hard. Obviously, there are some flaws in his technique particularly against spinners but I guess he would be better if he players some more cricket in the sub continent and he could be really handy in that English middle order along with Joe Root. I think that the only thing that is repelling him from away from odi side is vacancy..
so sad that knowing england white ball setup right now, peteriesen wouldnt get a look in knowing morgan and the selectors like hales has been rejected, just thankful that kevin didnt play in this era
