    Panu mpaadami ang frequency or dami ng push up sir? Nakaka 20 or 25 plng kc aq.arm plank ba? Or pwd din pgbubuhat ng mbbgat.

      Parehas ko ginawa ang calisthenics at weight training. Malaking tulong ang pagbubuhat ng mabigat kahit na gradual lamg or mababang reps. Ganun din sa pull ups. Dati kase hirap ako sa pagpull ups ng madaming reps. Nung nag weighted pull ups ako parang sobrang gaang ng katawan ko. So i suggest na mag weight training ka malaking tulong.       Okay magdiet pero mas maganda if more on protein at less carbs yung diet mo lalo na nagpapaganda ka at nagpapalakas ng katawan. Tapos pag puro fats ka mahirap talaga magpush ups. Sir pls follow my page thank u

      Yes kase napunit mga tissues sa mucles kaya pag nakarecover ang katawan mo. Mas lumalakas ang muscles mo. For faster recovery kumain ka ng eggs and chicken. Or mag take ka ng supplements gaya ng bcaa
