My favorite of all the buildings you’ve shown so far… thanks Anne 🌷
Same here.
This was certainly a high point!
The rooms with the stenciled walls... Gorgeous! 💕
I know!! Gorgeous!
I totally love this house! ❤I stenciled one of my homes, and when I put it up for sale, I was told by the realtor to paint over it because not everyone would like it. It broke my heart to paint over all my hard work. 😢Thanks again Anne for sharing.
Oh Brenda! That would be heartbreaking!!
Stencils would be pretty to add to your shower curtain line. Love that house !
Judy, what a great idea! Thank you!
Oh, the stenciling is fabulous! The one with the green tree and red bird in it really caught my eye. I'd love to do that one now.
I stenciled walls in my old home 35 yrs ago. It is a lot of work to stencil.
It is!! That was my favorite too!
Oh Anne, be still my heart. That tour feels as if I am home where I belong. My repro saltbox is stenciled and I own several Moses Eaton stencils. No regrets that my rooms are representative of early times. It gives me great comfort to sit in my home and feel as if I am in another era. Another job well done.
Your home sounds amazing Bonnie!
Thanks Anne for the wonderful tour of the historical home. It was amazing.
You’re welcome Melanie!
Ohh Anne! I am so charmed by this house! It’s beautiful, a real family home! I could be so comfortable there even today. I would and could cook on that fireplace! Ohh thank you so much! I might not have ever gotten to see this without you! Bless you and safe travels.
Thank you Rita! Glad you enjoyed it!
I just love all the stenciling, just so unique!!
Beautiful stencils. I also loved the children's furniture and doll beds. tfs
They were cute, weren’t they?
What a treat this was. Love stenciling and this and the house itself, the furnishings was wonderful. Thanks
You’re welcome Nancy!
What’s there to love in this house? Why everything❤️❤️❤️
True!
Thank you Anne! I loved the tour of this fabulous house.
You’re very welcome!
Beautiful. Love the intensity of the colours. Many years ago when we visited the village the House of Stencils was closed for some reason.
Oh that would have been so sad. We were bound and determined to get in those two homes but I think they only had tours scheduled at the one time so we were lucky.
All I can say is wow! Love it all! Always loved the stenciling ❤
I know!!
I absolutely love this ❤❤❤
Please do more homes like this !!
I’m going to do a whole series! Soon to come!
Wonderful looking forward to it !!
Stencils were amazing❤

I’ve really enjoyed the whole tour of Shelburne Museum Thanks Anne it’s been a long time since I was there a lot has changed.
You’re welcome. It does seem like they move things around a bit there!
Just Beautiful! Love this home… the stenciling is amazing
Me too!
This house is so amazing! I have done just a bit of stenciling and it was not easy. That house was magnificent! Thanks so much for the tour Anne!
You’re welcome Barbara. Yes it’s a tricky balance of the brush and the paint not to mention the placement of the stencils.
Beautiful home - so well preserved. Love the history lessons :)
Glad you enjoyed it Robyn!
Beautiful stenciling
Totally!
This tour is amazing! The stenciling is fabulous. Being someone who stenciled walls in my home can really appreciate this.
The house was something wasn’t it!!
Just gorgeous. Wish it was my home. Janie
It’s beautiful!
Thanks again for another great tour, this house is adorable!
You’re welcome!
Such vibrant colors were used, the green down and turquoise up stairs. Loved the play room toys. I wonder if the stencils used had meaning? Loved the bird in the tree stencil. Very informative
Hi Julie. The stencils were mostly indicative of the time. Lots of Americana.
Oh my!!!
I’m know right!
