I love this because it shows that someone may seem successful, but there's always something going on that isn't working. Shows us that sometimes shit gets thrown your way and you got to find a way to deal with it.
Woah, this one of the coolest, most well edited, engaging, & aspirational videos I've ever watched period. I can't wait to see where this goes. The shipping container idea is actually sick. I'm in a constant state of building/re-building parts of my studio at the moment so seeing another creator go through the same (though on a much bigger scale) is really freaking cool.

Necessity is the mother of invention and all that jazz. seriously, good luck on the big change and everything it can lead to for the next year and beyond. would be really cool to see how creative you get with your temporary long-term solution.
Almost feel bad for the new tenants who seemingly will inherit all the issues you faced with the place (unless they were tricked into paying for all the renovations). wonder if the landlord ever told them the reality of the situation.
Dang this is awesome. I feel like a lot of creatives dream of a studio space that they can create in and you're actually doing it! Stoked to see it come together!

I love you guys, this channel has such a great content.
I'm not trying to be mean, but you need to try harder with thumbnails and titles.
This deserves so much attention, it's cool if you don't want to clickbait.
But man... Building a dream studio is such a weak headline.
You could have made it about containers, even the clean up or getting evicted is more interesting and less generic.
I know the struggle, when you finish a story and edit a video, and you dont have title figured out.
So i need constantly to remind my self that, success of a video is 50/50 content/click trough rate.
I'm excited for every new upload, and more people should be too
Oh my dude I hope one day to have the time and energy to put into that side of things! For now though it’s just not at the top of my priority list. I’m really happy with where my channel is, I’m able to support my family while making videos that I genuinely like making, things are good!
As the channel evolves this year this will be a bigger topic of conversation, but in the meantime I’m happy where things are 🤙

Man when you talked about moving all your stuff out I felt the pain. I been on a nomad lifestyle for 5 months now and I moved my stuff around 4 times already. When you talked about the excitement of building a new permanent space, I then suddenly felt your joy and shared it 💯 I can’t wait for it to be a possibility for me too. Cheers mate
shipping containers as modular housing/offices are always a fun idea, I would highly reccomend making sure you insulate them really well to avoid any condesation that could then be hazardous for mold, mildew, causing electrical shorts which would then cause fires. Insulating them really well will also help with sound absorption!
This is such a cool idea! I would be super excited to work on building it out too! You should continue the "reality show" series, that could be fun too, I'd watch it for sure

Shipping container conversion is elusively expensive. Acquiring them and decontaminating them is quite a bit of work.
Well this is just the most exciting thing. Good one. Painful to let go of your old studio but the new one is super cool. Lots of room to expand…

Best of luck in the new space Jesse! Ngl seeing the studio in disarray so many times over the years made me feel better about my messy office. Something about the perfectly clean offices of other creators feels so fake to me. Like in a “show me the real you!” Kind of way.
Kind of awesome to work in an office that’s literally traveled the world. I’d be so interested to find out the history of those containers!
We took photos of the container IDs hoping we'd be able to do exactly that someday...maybe.

I work as an engineer for a company that modifies shipping containers and you are living out my dream of making a studio space out of one. Hoping in the next few years to convince my wife to let me put one in our backyard. Can't wait to see the progress!

Our lease ended on the 1st of December. The landlord wanted a 70% raise in the rent .. we could not afford that much... It was a nightmare finding a new place. So i know the feeling, but at the end, the new place is smaller, but the energy is much better... Enjoy the journey as it will be nerve breaking 😆
Stoked to see how it all turns out. As much as it sucks, the landlord pushing you out might be just the push you guys needed.

Super good videos....I'm learning a ton....I'm way behind the rest of you in knowledge and lunch money...and donuts. Crazy behind on the donuts. I'm a landlord. It is rare if not ..never that I've asked someone to leave or raised the rent for that matter. When someone complains...I wish they would leave but I don't ask them to. Tenants are my employers so I try my best. The shipping cans are going to be great. There are entire offices designed around them in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, as well as down in DC. Great videos guys & girl!

this is the sort of thing i want to create in Ireland for a country with a lot of creatives in it theres a ssuprising lack of these sort of spaces
