    You are an incredible teacher. I never thought I would learn all this within a few minutes. For years, I had been avoided learning all this because of the "dot dot anxiety".

    thanks , always wanted to learn a bit of the prompt commands , this is much easier

    I see you used some of these commands (dir, copy, cd, md, rd) but i would have liked to see you used the "type" command.

    thanks, just a quick note however. you say slash when you use a backslash.
    in windows directories are organised with backslashes
    in linux directories are organised with slashes

    You can Creater .txt file by using Command "Copy Con [File Name].txt" then type what you want inside the .txt file or hit Control+Z if you're done.

    at about 9:33 video time, it seems like he deleted the rest of text information back to C:\Windows\system32> without opening the new cmd window. How did he do that?

      Type in the "cls" command to clear the command prompt window. I cut that part out.

    Thanks for the awesome tutorial, mate! I have a small query. When I attempt to delete the test folder I get the following response
    C:\users\desktop\testfolder\*, Are you sure ?
    So I entered however, the file was not deleted . Please advise and thanks again.

      Are you sure you are using the command "rd" (remove directory) instead of "del" (delete). The del command deletes files inside the folder while the rd command deletes the folder/directory. That is how I think it is at least. :)
