  • With its impressively efficient powertrain and 90.2-degree visibility there is a lot to like about this latest generation hybrid Jazz.
It drives well, is comfortable, has a big upgrade in driver/safety aids and yet retains its classic shape.

What a great real world review you both. I'm picking up my EX hybrid in two weeks time. I've had two Jazz's, 2 Aerodecks, a Civic, and now a CR-V. And this is my first ever brand new Honda. Your review justifies my choice in a way. My only criticism about the car is the limited choice of colours - it would have been nice to have a wider choice, but as it is I've chosen the Diamond White.

Thanks so very much for the support. Sounds like you've had some great experiences with the brand and model. Very exciting to have a new vehicle and white is a good choice, would look funny in Lambo yellow! Thanks again.

When driving on EV mode on the eHEV, at what speed does the engine kicks in?

Drove top of the range yesterday. Well impressed overall. Drivetrain is smooth. However, cheap plastic dash spoils it. Hate the small instruments. Awful presenters. NZ$35k for the top model new, is very expensive.

Thanks for watching and comments. Hondas are an easy drive with plenty of safety, this one is efficient too so fine as a first car

Unlikrly. It's merged into the rengine bay so thieves would hsve to dismantle the motors to get at it.

They told you the metric range. 2.8km/l. But don't believe it. Real range is about 4.5km/l.

I saw 4.8 in the demo car I drove today. That was for around 2200km
