My family and I lived here for many years when I was growing up and my brother and I certainly did our share of hiking the canyons....my grand parents owned the Desert Palms Inn where I roll ironed sheets on Sundays just for some of her German dumplings that she cooked every Sunday. I still fix them the same way. I no longer live there but return often.
