A FEW TIMES LATER WHEN IN WENT TO CALCUTTA EVEN FOR HOURS, I DROVE TO THAT RESTAURANT AND TOOK PRE ORDERED CHILLI PRAWNS KOLKATA STYLE for my family AND FLEW to MY CITY like Mumbai or Delhi. That was the quality of preparation, though it looks simple for us as malayalis.

Simple prawns fry cheyyan
Clean cheytha prawns ilekku, avasyathinu mulak, manjhal podi, kurumulaku podi, garam masal,uppu cherthu marinate cheyyuka 10 minutes.
Oru panilekku velichenna ozhikkuka, Sim il oru 5-6 minutes vekkuka. Athu kazhinjhu thakkali paste 2-3 spoons cherkukka. 2-3 minutes nalla flame il roast cheythu edukkkua Nalla adipoli chemeen roast ready
