Bro, I never leased but considered this exact car for lease and possible buyout due to the $7500 lease credit. I didn’t know any info on these terms and you just gave me everything I needed! Thank you!!!🙏
Im trying to calculate with updated offers, but not sure how to incorporate the extra offers into the price per month. On top of the same $7500 ev credit, there’s $720 lease customer cash, $500 Mazda loyalty reward, $350 disposition fee waiver, and the monthly payment is $444/month for 36 months, $3999 due at signing. Can you assist to see if this falls below the 1.25%?
Looks like Mazda changed it watching your video 😀 , As i look today Lease offer is 496$ and MSRP is $54400 which makes monthly payment on this car 1.33 % which is now above 1.25 % and hence no more great deal.
Oh wow, I didn’t see that! Thank you for sharing, I will take a look. I was actually curious to know whether or not this deal would last through the month of November, but it looks like it won’t.
Ravi- they are still offering t his deal on cx70. Have never leased a car. the dealership is telling us to get the lease then just pay it off since we have cash- that way we get the $7500. Does that make financial sense. I don't know how leases work. tx.
Yes you could do that - but what I would do is lease it, and then towards the end of your lease you should check if you have positive equity in your lease. If you do, you can buy it. If you don’t, you can turn it back in. This would be the more savvy way of doing it. Feel free to book a call with me using my link in description and we can discuss in more detail if you’d like. 👌
Thanks for the great video sharing, i see there is a new leasing offer, which is $443 with 33 months, and the rate is 1.324% is this a good deal though?
I'd say that anytime your lease is under 1.5%, it's a good deal. But under 1.25% is ideal... Hope that helps! Please remember to subscribe for more content like this and thank you for commenting.
This is an amazing video for someone who has never leased a car.
