      Like every large company & even small company you have to jump through the hoops & accept every load for about 2 years then if they don’t recognize that effort find work elsewhere 🇺🇸 call Heather & get informed & I’ll be more than happy to help share portion of the driver referral bonus with you if you sign on with conditions.

    Hi im going to start on oct 24 2022 but why they want me to use a sleeper for a local job?

      Kenworth can't build a daycab fast enough ? Not sure but the sleeper comes in handy. Welcome aboard 🙏

    Hi, I hear good and bad. I am interested in their dedicated fleet. I have previous 1 year OTR experience with Navajo express. I seen 43 out of 50 states. What can you tell me about Heartland with their dedicated? I am currently a yard driver in Macon, Ga. I deal with yalls Heartland trailers. Heartland comes to the yard where I am a yard driver at. I been a yard driver a year on the 18th of May 2021.

      Some companies believe that the benefits of running a private fleet outweigh the benefits of outsourcing to a dedicated fleet provider... just googled it 😅

    Why do the trucks have ugly white rims instead of the chrome looking ones like on the steers, and do all the trucks have apu’s or epu’s ? Thanks

    • @Hempfuelgroup
      @Hempfuelgroup  3 года назад

      Not sure about the white drive wheels vs aluminum steers but yes all trucks equipped with those units i guess trucks idling probably waste hundreds of dollars per year x +2000 trucks

      @@Hempfuelgroup okay, thanks., it’s thousands of dollars a day probably with trucks idling, to bad all companies don’t have the units on them, are you still driving for heartland and how you liking it, I’m thinking of applying

      They know what they’re doing ! Buying up multi million dollar companies and no debt !
      Yes still with organization, and can only give you a ruff estimate about the line haul / regional drivers. They happy 2500-2900 miles per week, Cheap Healthcare, Saftey bonuses, maybe green miles (mpg) bonus, 40 hrs paid vacation after 1 yr

      @@stevenwatson9593 no am local home every night I’d recommend that position but golly it’s a different animal driving in LA traffic
      no forced dispatch driver managers are the most understanding
      they deal with you on any situation, at the slightest sign of your sick or fatigued or just not in a good spirit the DM / safety Dept will have you stop driving and get some rest.
      Can pay you in cash or your email via cash app soon as they send me the bonuses 🤝
